I called Sear's and they told me to call you, You had the oven racks and I replaced the ones that had white plastic all over them. I was able to scrape the plastic off the bottom portion of the oven. I replaced it with the control panel assembly. It was fairly easy to get to with a screw driver and making sure you got all the screws. There are 2 on each side (sometimes you need to pull the oven out a few inches to get at one or both of these). For future reference, take pictures before taking out / off anything and turn off the breaker to the oven as you will be working close to the circuit board with electricity still flowing otherwise (I got a small shock). Purchased parts. They came fast. Just exchanged old for new. The grill isn't a perfect Fit only because the new plug in burner it sits on is slightly bent. Otherwise, it looks great. Improved the look of my stove greatly. Almost looks like new again. Read more
