Dan W Lakewood , CO November 28, 2016 Appliance: Jenn-Air Self Cleaning Slide-In Downdraft Electric Range JES9750AAB Almost none of the numbers would work on the front panel I replaced it with the control panel assembly. It was fairly easy to get to with a screw driver and making sure you got all the screws. There are 2 on each side (sometimes you need to pull the oven out a few inches to get at one or both of these). For future reference, take pictures before taking out / off anything and turn off the breaker to the oven as you will be working close to the circuit board with electricity still flowing otherwise (I got a small shock). You will need someone else to hold the circuit board as you take off the one electronic connection and then put the new one back on, but otherwise not too bad. Joseph K Franklinton , LA January 18, 2015 My electric jenn air oven wouldn't come on along with light or down draft display was showing f1 f7 After doing a short search on internet I came across appliance parts and tech informed me that the key pad is shorted or the ribbon cable is damaged. This is a known issue that is usually caused by heat. My appliance has been in service for 7 years. Only thing is you can't just purchase the key pad. You have to get the complete front panel with keypad. Appliance parts pros got me back up and going in 2 days. Thanks for the quick fix and quick delivery. I don't know if it is advisable but I took the keypad from the new panel which is attached by a tacky adhesive. If carefully removed will save you the time of transferring all components to the new panel with keypad.
