Used non-contact voltage detector on fan motor wires to determine that power was getting past the switch indicating motor was bad not the switch. Was able to easily remove fan by taking off 4 nuts from mounting studs leaving plenum and everything else in place, cut wiring harness close to motor leaving as long as possible wires remaining connected to switch. Saved a lot of time and problems by leaving original harness connected to switch and splicing new harness to old one. The only difficult... Read more

Removed burners, grates, removed cook top,took screws out from raised trim and wells for burners. Removed electric connection for burner igniters and took gas connection off of valve that goes to burners. Took out screw that holds in gas valve in gas manifold.
