I read up on others with this problem of microwave-wall oven combination Whirlpool Gold. We live in a very rural area and were not able to get ANYONE to service it - had 2 companies come out to inspect but they never returned. I have wonderful news! We replaced the fuse, bus fuse, and light bulb (quit working 2 years ago) and all is working. Thanks for the information and for the part diagram. Couldn't have done it without you. Read more
This power supply board, sometimes referenced as the SMS module, provides regulated low-voltage power for the appliance's control system. Replacing a failing board restores power to the controls so the unit turns on and runs reliably.
Both the power supply board and the electronic display board failed, apparently due to a power surge after the utility meter was replaced. Due to supply chain issues and shortages - most parts suppliers had these parts on backorder with no known availability date. AppliancePartsPros.com was the first company able to provide both parts at a lower cost than other warehouses. Excellent service, genuine factory parts, fast shipping. We finally have our very expensive oven working again. Read more

This is a replacement screw designed to work with a wide range of household appliances. It is used for many purposes in these appliances, from holding body panels together to securing electronics into control boards. However, screws are subject to damage through corrosion, impact, and improper installation/removal. In most cases, the primary damage to this screw is through corrosion – it may become rusted or corroded in place, depending on the appliance and the maintenance provided during its lifespan. The screw may also be stripped or rounded due to improper removal or installation. If the screw is damaged, lost, or corroded in place, it will need to be replaced. In most cases, removal will require nothing more than a Phillips head screwdriver or the appropriately sized socket with a ratchet. However, if the screw is damaged, it may require a tap set to remove it from its mounting location. Note that this is a genuine OEM replacement screw made from durable, high-quality metal, and is sold individually. It fits Whirlpool, Maytag, Roper, Estate, Amana, Crosley, and Thermador appliances. It is used in over 150 machines, ranging from washers and dryers to air conditioners.

This door interlock assembly mounts behind the microwave's front panel and aligns the latch and safety switches. Replacing a worn interlock restores reliable door detection so the microwave only starts when the door is fully closed.
This interlock is the door switch bracket used in select microwaves. It aligns and supports the door-switch mechanism so the oven runs only when the door is fully closed, restoring safe, consistent door-sensing and start/stop performance.
The bake element is the lower heating element inside an electric oven cavity. Replacing a failed element restores consistent baking performance, proper preheat times, and reliable temperature control.

This lens cover protects and diffuses the appliance light, keeping grease and heat away from the bulb and socket for clear, even illumination. Replace a cracked, missing, or cloudy lens to restore visibility and safe operation.
This replacement door hinge restores smooth, stable door movement and proper alignment. Replacing a worn hinge helps the door open and close correctly so the appliance seals as designed and operates safely.
A shoulder screw that secures appliance components and provides a precise pivot or spacer point. Replaces a missing or worn screw to restore alignment, reduce rattling, and keep panels and assemblies securely in place. What it does:
I had to remove the oven door, which I learned is made to come off without tools. Then took out the bottom by removing two screws and lifting. Removed the screws attaching the igniter, pulled wires thru back until I could get the connector and disconnect. When the new igniter arrived, I had to change the connector. I cut the one off the old one, and spliced to the new one using solder and shrink tubing. Just reverse the procedure to install. I replaced the screws with new ones. Read more
