Worked with phone person at AppliancePartsPros and determined problem could be either the latch motor or the circuit board. Ordered parts for both the latch motor and the control circuit board. Since a relay on the board was clicking and the motor would not budge, I installed them both and oven is working again!! My son-in-law helped me. He pulled the liner open enough that he could see he just had to tighten up the existing screw on the door handle..
