The control board assembly is intended for use with wall ovens. This part can be found near the top of the oven, where a small screen gives information about time, temperatures, or applicable error codes. The purpose of the control board assembly is to monitor and control the temperature, time, and other aspects of the cooking cycle. In some cases, the control board assembly will go bad and require a replacement. A screwdriver will be needed for the process. A pair of work gloves are also useful for protecting the hands of the user. Before starting, make sure the oven is not connected to power. There are several screws that hold the control board assembly to the appliance. These should be loosened to pull the board away from the oven. Make a note of where the wires are located before disconnecting them and removing the control board assembly. Install the new component and plug it in before using it.This is an authentic OEM replacement part that is made to be used with wall ovens and microwave oven combo appliances created by General Electric. 1) By using google to find videos on why the door wouldn't close, I found out I needed new cams, those same videos also showed how to remove and replace the door. 2) Then by googling the fridge model number and the word 'cam', I was able to find the parts. 3) Taking the door off was simple, I needed a phillips head screwdriver to remove the hinge cover, however the screws in the hinge plate were so tight, I needed a side handle socket wrench to loosen them. 4) The door itself is not hard to... The oven was so loud, it was hard to talk to someone in the kitchen. We replaced the motor and the fan blade. 1. Turn off power to the oven. 2. Remove the oven doors 3. Remove the cover for the fan. 4. Turn the fan blade nut clockwise to loosen( it's opposite of normal) - Save the nut and the small clip that is behind the fan as you'll need them again. 5.
