We updated a 'not so old' Biscuit GE Range to BLACK. It was easy to figure out what parts I needed by using the selection process on the web-site, I ordered parts then followed the pictures and videos provided to change out the handle, panel, drawer and knobs, I used two metal look back splash panels on the door to give it a rustic look and am very happy with the result. All of the information on the web repair sites said "replace the hinges as the springs are worn out." Didn't fix the problem. The top of the door still wouldn't seal, and the. Leaning latch wouldn't catch the door unless you pressed on the door. The inside panel of the door was fatigued. Too many turkeys were set on the door over the years.
