The top screw is easy to get at after the door yoke is removed. The lower is behind the plate that holds the glass and door together. I removed the door very simple just lift up in the full open position .lay the door on a towel and drill a 1/4 inch hole over the head of the screw and you now can remove the screw with out disassembling the door. I replaced the parts with the help of a video provided by Appliance Parts Pros! There was enough detail that I was able to figure out what to do for my model of Advantium and the replacement went very well! It's like having a new appliance! Read more

Removed door from hinge best to use putty knife to push on clips to remove inner seal but broke clips anyway. Remove screws and pry clips to remove metal inner frame to access screws for handle. Read more
Watching some helpful do-it-yourself hints on Vidoes. Had to disasemble the door, because the screws for fastening the handle where hidden behind the inner part of the door. Videos did not show the step of unscrewing 6 tiny gold colored screws that held the door assembly together. Then used a screwdriver to pop off the plastic door cover with the window. The handle was easily and securely fastened into the plastic door cover. Just as a precaution, I disconnected the electric cord. ... Read more

Spoke to a very helpful lady technician and we decided the fan was due to be replaced. I promptly received the fan assembly and with the help of my wife we started our dissambly. We found out quickly that the had built a microwave around the fan! With the unit spread all over the kitchen and dining room! Called appliancepartspros for some help.They suggested the noise filter was bad I also checked the thermostats found one of them bad.Replaced both items did bring unit back to life but still would not heat,it appears there are problems with the megatron also found some burnt wires on the transformer took it to the repair shop.Would not have got that far if it had not been for the appliancepartspros giving me some help.
