There were 3 door switches. Check all the switches and it was the bottom which ran the fan. The top 2 switches were fine. Take top cover of the microware. 3 screws on top. Move the cover 1/3 to your left and the cover come of. There is screw in the front to remove the control panel Take the panel of and then take the 2 screws of which hold the switches. Google indicated that the problem was the control panel. It was easy to remove it and replace the panel.Found a parts company that would allow returns if new part did not remedy the problem. Ordered part and it arrived the next day. Replaced panel and microwave is working. Keeping my fingers crossed. DO NOT PURCHASE A PART FROM A COMPANY THAT WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.Problem could be another defective part and you will be stuck with an expensive part. Read more

Take the top vent off by two screws & then one screw on the side & lifted her up and I could see the 3 switches I need to repair. Then unscrewed the housin to the 3 switches. Took the housin out , put the 3 switches in the new housing & put her in & plug them in . And plug the Nucor and she works like new. Highly recommended to deal with these people good people for the do-it-yourselfer. Read more
