Replaced the thermostat and viola ... cold refrigerator! There was not much on-line information to use, but a little technical problem solving accurately diagnosed the issue. To ensure the system was able to run (i.e. compressor OK), I carefully shorted the questionable thermostat and ran the compressor and condenser fan for 5 minutes. The control was the problem. The repair took 30 minutes and now our frig is working great. Read more
