This is a small spur gear used in the drawer glide assembly, typically on the left side of a refrigerator or freezer drawer. It meshes with the drawer track mechanism to allow smooth opening and closing. Replace this gear if the drawer is difficult to slide, feels rough or catches when pulled out, or if the original gear teeth are worn or broken.

I had to replace the entire ice Bin Assembly rather than just the plastic fin on the auger which broke. I could not find a way to buy the plastic fin only.
