First I have an LG French Door with a bottom freezer. It quit cooling. I went on line and watched some very informative You Tube videos. I trouble shot according to these videos. Replaced door light switch on both doors. On this built-in KitchenAid refrigerator model, it is located above the refrigerator in the compressor/coil space easily accessible by removing the covers which lift right off.
