I looked inside and saw the teeth were worn off the "dogs" so I purchased the Cam Agitator repair kit and a new bolt. Getting the old bolt out was the hardest part since it was worn and rusted. I ended up having to buy a set of socket extensions and a set of stripped bolt sockets so $45 in tools and it took me an hour to get the old bolt out but putting everything back together was a breeze. The Dishrack Track (Right) is an OEM part for Whirlpool dishwashers. It is responsible for supporting the third-level dishrack and allowing it to glide in and out smoothly during the loading and unloading process. This track is designed specifically for the right side of the third-level rack.
Causes of a bad track include damage from heavy use over time, such as dulling or bending of the metal track surface from repeated loading/unloading of dishes. Debris or residue buildup along the track can also cause issues.
