I looked inside and saw the teeth were worn off the "dogs" so I purchased the Cam Agitator repair kit and a new bolt. Getting the old bolt out was the hardest part since it was worn and rusted. I ended up having to buy a set of socket extensions and a set of stripped bolt sockets so $45 in tools and it took me an hour to get the old bolt out but putting everything back together was a breeze. Kick plate was easy; screw holes in the wrong place, but used double-sided tape instead and worked great. Didn't need the extra screws ordered; it came with them. This small plastic clip secures the tine row guards or protective caps on the dishwasher's upper or lower dishrack. It keeps the vinyl guard strips in place so they can protect dishes from scratching and prevent the rack tines from rusting. Replace this clip if the guard strips are falling off, sliding out of position, or if the original clip has cracked or broken.

Ordered dishwasher rack tine tips and bottle of vinyl touch up paint. I applied the paint to each tine and then placed the tips on the tines. I waited a few hours before using my dishwasher to allow the paint to dry and allow the tips to stick to the tines. Read more
