This 6mm acorn nut secures exposed threaded studs and protects threads while giving a finished appearance. It's a simple replacement fastener that restores proper fit and helps prevent snagging or corrosion on accessible assemblies. What it does:

We had to replace the panel. A few issues. We had to remove the handle from the broken panel to the new panel. This was a bit tricky but our next door neighbor had gone through this same issue so he and my husband were able to work it through without damaging anything.
