The rollers insert that held the rollers on the drawer was no longer doing their job. The new inserts had a new design and work great. The only mistake I made was the number of inserts I ordered. I ordered 7 and it should have been 8 so make sure to count all roller mounts. Hal Read more
After ordering both parts, i only had to replace turntable coupler. I ordered both because I was not sure how much damage had been done after leaving the heating element on for an hour or so. Fortunately only the turntable coupler was damaged, and the hub (all that was left) snapped right off. All I had to do place the slide the new coupler on and it was all fixed. Read more
