Replace your oven's cooling fan cover if it's cracked, broken, or missing. This protective cover installs over the cooling fan assembly to shield internal components.

Ordered replacement front panel (arrived next day!) transferred handle and brackets from old door to replacement and reinstalled. Pretty straightforward, but took extra care to not break the glass on the new panel. Used blue loctite on handle screws and snugged them down instead of tightening them up too much since the glass panel is sandwiched between the handle and the brackets. We had to replace the panel. A few issues. We had to remove the handle from the broken panel to the new panel. This was a bit tricky but our next door neighbor had gone through this same issue so he and my husband were able to work it through without damaging anything. The only other part was lining up the screws and securityring the clips. Looks great and works great. Read more
The microwave cooling fan motor circulates air to prevent the magnetron and other internal components from overheating during operation. Replace if the microwave overheats, makes unusual noises, displays error messages, or shuts down unexpectedly during use.
The hardest part of the job was removing and lifting the built in oven out of the cabinet. Once it was out of the cabinet we had to remove the metal panel to reach the blower motor. The job was quickly completed and the oven was returned to the cabinet where I hope to get another 15 years. Read more
