Having seen the repair men disassemble my oven to replace a light bulb in the microwave/convection section (Yes, that's right!! Followed the Appliance Parts Pros video. Took about 10 minutes. Removed 2 screws inside door above glass. Removed 4 lower vent screws and vent. Removed 2 screws under bottom edge of plastic door and door, exposing torsion springs. Replaced springs and reassembled. Read more
