Ordered a replacement top from AppliancePartsPros.com and it arrived within a few days. Upon opening the box, we did not realize that were purchasing a "used" and still somewhat damaged replacement part. The top corners along the back of the range top were both bent and damaged, enough that the paint was scraped to bare metal. We touched up the area a bit and decided not to return the part. I searched for the right part that I needed and tracked it down to AppliancePartsPros.Com. I did call and speak to someone in customer service about what would I do if I received the glass door broken, and was told that it is packed well and that shouldn't happen. If it should happen you can return it to us, no problem. Well, 2 days later(with regular shipping) the box was delivered to my doorstep. Removed door , removed old trim piece ( 3 ) screws . Removed and cleaned front door glass and cleaned as well as the rest of the door while I had it off .Reinstalled front panel and new bottom trim. Read more
