Getting the back two screws out was very difficult because I couldn't see them from the front and I could not move the unit out of the enclosed space. It was a 5 minute job to replace the faulty infinite switch with the replacement. I simply had to undo the nut holding the switch to the panel, and one by one, move the wires from the spades on the old switch to the new, being careful to put them on the correct connectors. Read more
