Fix a burner stuck on high or not heating properly with this dual infinite switch. Controls two electric cooktop elements with variable heat settings.
It was a 5 minute job to replace the faulty infinite switch with the replacement. I simply had to undo the nut holding the switch to the panel, and one by one, move the wires from the spades on the old switch to the new, being careful to put them on the correct connectors. Read more

First I measured the static resistance from the hot and neutral blades on the plug. Using Ohm's Law I found the stove was pulling almost 10 amps with nothing turned on. I took the access panel off the back of the stove to inspect the wiring. It didn't take long to spot the charred suppressor board. Once I removed it I saw a capacitor had broken loose. Looking close I saw another capacitor had ruptured. Time to get a new board. Read more
This is a circular convection heating element located behind the rear panel of the oven cavity. It works in conjunction with the convection fan to heat and circulate air evenly throughout the oven for consistent baking and roasting results. Replace this element if your oven fails to heat properly in convection mode, heats unevenly, or if the element shows visible damage such as cracks or burn spots.
Removed stove back panel, removed fan guard from inside oven, removed 2 attaching screws holding element to rear oven wall. disconnected spade clips from rear side of element contacts ( back side of stove), removed failed element, installed new element and reversed the disassembly process.
