Replaced the push to start switch and the thermal fuse. The dryer is 23 years old and is working fine since we replaced the parts that were recommended on your website. I looked up the timer on the website, found it quickly. Called to verify it was the correct timer. Very helpful phone support. Timer arrived VERY quickly. Watched a video on how to replace. It took two repair attempts to fix the dryer. At first, I noticed that the rear felt seal was completely worn out, so I thought that extra friction between the tub and the rear panel might be causing the motor to have to work too hard and overheat. Well i have ot tell u i looked at the part here online and realized that it was most probably the fault and wow did this part get here quick. i ordered it on monday and it was here wednesday!.... removed the bacjk of the control panel switched out the part and voila. dryer works great. I opened the top of the dryer (after watching the video on your website) and replaced the lever on the switch. Removed two screws near the lint filter, used a putty knife to release fasteners under the top and raised the top. Held it in place with a short piece of board then removed the two screws holding in the switch and lever. Replaced the broken lever with the new one and put it all back together.
