I replaced circuit board W10116267. I had to remove the door and then take the door apart to get to the board. You need a torx T-10 to remove the screws. Take photos as you take it apart just in case you forget how to put it back together. Read more
I bought a new handel ond replaced the broken one. It was a bit tricky to get at the screws that hold the handel on. You must remove all the screws around the outside of the door then very carefully use a kitchen knife to unhook the top of the outer door panel. Then you can get at the handel screws. Read more
This has happened to several of both our and friends' microwaves made by this otherwise great company. Fixing it this time took three minutes. The first one took 20 minutes. This cam plate is the stamped metal guide that secures and locates the dryer drum, helping maintain smooth rotation and proper alignment. Replaces a worn or damaged cam that can cause noise, rubbing, or uneven drum movement. What it does:
I replaced the two door switch interlocks and cam-plates which appeared to be worn. Before ordering the parts, I did a continuity check on the three door switches and determined that they were OK. While I was replacing the interlocks and cam-plates, I discovered that a piece on one of the cam-plates had broken off and was not making proper contact with the door switch when the door was closed. Replaced Main control board, screen board and controller. This unit is mounted in cabinet, over Range. Moisture sweated the unit, and it wasn't vented to outside, also. Ribbon wire from control board to screen corroded, and was causing the main problems, and snapped when trying to install the new control board. Had to order, and awaiting that part.
