Includes new motor, stirrer cover, plastic rivets and hardware to install upgrade kit.
It was an easy fix. Unscrewed the modeling. Took off handle and popped out glass and frame. Put glass and frame into new outer modeling. Attached handle. Caution: The handle is made of plastic. I used a power drill to screw handle back on. Metal screw goes into plastic holder. It broke. I had to jury rig the handle. Not worth paying $38 plus shipping for another cheap handle. Besides, might crack molding trying to install it anyway. Use screwdriver only not power drill. Read more
I did this repair without uninstalling the microwave from the cabinet. (The hinge attaching screws are inside the cabinet.) The most difficult part was the removal of the inner frame. I used a small flat screwdriver and a putty knife but it was tedious. To save time, just order an inner frame and don't worry about trying to save it. Be careful when removing the outer frame to preserve the glass and its retainer. Assembly was 5 minutes. Total cost was about $100 for a nice color... Read more
