Removed control panel. This is done by removing the two trim strips, one screw each strip by opening oven door to expose screw at the inside bottom of each trim piece close to the bottom of door opening. Control panel has two screws that are exposed when trim strips are removed. The hard part is getting the top of the panel removed from hidden slip over hold down fasteners behind the top of panel.
