Googled the problem. Found a discussion on the appliancepartspros.com forum pertaining to this issue. Went through a couple of the suggested diagnostic tests. The link to the technical manual was very helpful. Determined that the control board was likely the problem. Very easy to order and I knew that appliancepartspros.com had a return policy in case that didn't fix it. Got the part the day after I ordered it even just with ground shipping.
