Replace your refrigerator door compartment gasket to restore the seal and prevent temperature loss. Verify your model number for proper fit and compatibility.
I followed the instructional video on your website. I removed the access cover and then removed the 4 screws holding the old motor in place. Removed the wiring harness clip. Carefully removed the old motor so as to not allow the shaft to come all the way out and displace the spring at the top of the shaft. (great tip from the video). Installed the new motor. The toe kickplate grille covers the bottom front of the refrigerator, protecting internal components while allowing airflow. Replace when it's cracked, damaged, or missing to maintain proper ventilation and appearance.

Ordered a drop-in replacement. The most difficult part was scraping a bit of packaging adhesive off of the glass. Note: I checked "Screwdrivers" under "Which tools did you use?" because the web site assumes tools are needed and doesn't accept "Other." Replace your refrigerator's suction tube if cracked, kinked, or leaking. This tube connects internal components in the cooling system. Exact fit part.
