New gasket. Thought it would be as easy as the video demonstration ('just slide the gasket in") but it wasn't. My unit is 16 years old, so the old gasket was really stuck in there. We were working on it while the freezer was on and cold, which made everything less flexible. The old foam required a lot of scraping - even when the crumbs of it came loose, they didn't necessarily come out of the gasket groove. It was just a door tray. I simply put it in place. I entered my appliance manufacturer and model number, entered the part I needed and they sent the right part. Sounds easy doesn't it? I tried another company first did the same thing and got the wrong part and it looked used. I sent it back (at my expense) with their RMA and a month later still, I'm still waiting for a refund.
