It was just a door tray. I simply put it in place. I entered my appliance manufacturer and model number, entered the part I needed and they sent the right part. Sounds easy doesn't it? I tried another company first did the same thing and got the wrong part and it looked used. I sent it back (at my expense) with their RMA and a month later still, I'm still waiting for a refund. Ordered a new icemaker from Appliance Pros after viewing the video and determining I could accomplish the task. When the icemaker arrived (promptly) I installed it without difficulty after reviewing the video from Appliance Pros again. The icemaker is now happily making ice and we saved about $200. over the cost of having a repair person come out. Thank you Appliance Pros!! Read more
