Ordered, wheels, pivoted it up to either side, pried out existing broken front wheels, tapped in new wheels. Fit great. Ordering 2 more for the back wheels as they are getting brittle too. You do need 1 to 2 guys to hold the refrig while you're changing wheels. Read more

I had the water filter holder replaced to fix the problem with the water for the door and the ice maker. The holder did not come with the cover for the release button for the filter. I ordered a replacement cover (Button) for the filter release. The cover fits over the release lever and was easily snapped onto the lever. It took more time to unpack the button from the packaging then it did to install it onto the filter housing. I don't understand why this part wasn't included with the new... Read more

• Leaking

Every once in a while we'd get a small leak just under the left side (freezer door). I moved the fridge out and saw the water stain towards the front of the unit. Carefully removing the grate (see the video on how to do this so you don't snap the plastic brackets. They are part of the grate and there is one on the left and one on the right, centered from top to bottom.) Anyway the problem was visible. First I did the obvious: Changed the evaporator fan motor and condenser fan motor. Then I realized there was too little air flow from the freezer to the refrigerator, so I replaced the air baffle assembly. Now everything works again. This should have been a piece of cake, but in the 48" Kitchenaid side-by-side built-in, the baffle assembly is mounted on the side wall of the refrigerator rather than the back wall as the video showed.
