1. To fix the leaks from around the door, I replaced the upper and lower door seals. These were purchased in a separate transcation, so they are not the parts shown here. The upper door seal worked as intended, but the lower seal would not stay in place on the lower edge of the door during a wash. Soap dispenser won't open? Replace the bi-metal thermal actuator that releases the detergent door. Takes about 15 minutes with basic tools.
Removed 4 screws holding front panel of dishwasher door. Identified defective part. Placed online order from APP.com. Part arrived 2 days later. Removed 2 screws to release part. Removed 2 wires from spade connectors and reattached to new part. Screwed in place. Replaced front panel. Done! And couldn't have been simpler! Read more

Ordered the part from AppliancePartsPro's, watched the video, new latch works perfect. I've repaired several appliances in my house by diagnosing simple problems going to AppliancePartsPro's diagram's, ordering the part and installing myself. Never had any problems. The bearing in the back of the dryer was tricky but worked great. Keep track of all parts when you disassemble and assemble in reverse order. Taking photos as you disassemble helps for referencing if you get stumped. Read more
