Ordered new inlet water valve and float switch kit. After repairs it now works fine. However the water inlet valve outlet end for fill hose (not water source) and wire connections (supposedly for this unit) were oriented 180 degrees opposite. I had to gently remove the blue plastic valve off the metal support bracket and turn it around and press back in place. Fortunately it appears it was designed for either orientation. I removed the lower door panel and kickplate (4 screws) to access the door springs. Replaced the door springs by hand. The nylon guides, through which the door guides travel, were easy to replace. I removed the broken ones and snapped in the new ones. I recommend a drop of epoxy on the upper portion of each guide to keep it from shifting. The impact on the door apparently distorted the frame slightly so the door drops slightly below level when fully opened and the lower rack movement is impeded... Read more
