Dishwasher leaking from bottom or making grinding noise? The sump housing often cracks or wears out. Moderately difficult repair, about 45 minutes.
I noticed the floor around the dishwasher was starting to get wet and warp the wooden floor. The chopper had gotten out of line and had cut a pinhole into the sump housing and the dishwasher was leaking badly. It was quite easy to repair. Just unhook the drain hose and the wire connectors, twist off the turbidity sensor and waste motor, pull out the shims and the whole assemple comes up and out. The hardest part was pulling the motor off of the assembly, since I wasn't sure if I needed to... Read more

Gray plastic pivot clip for dishwasher upper rack tine rows. Replaces broken, cracked, or missing pivots that prevent tines from adjusting properly.
With the basket out of the dishwasher, the plastic parts basically snap on and off... popped the broken parts off and the new parts on. The 2 wheel and mount assemblies were a little more complicated. The video on the website advises to disconnect the supply line and drain line... I didn't have to do this. I just pulled the dishwasher out of its cabinet a little over a foot and removed the 2 screws holding each assembly in place and removed them. The previous gaskets (2 PER ASSEMBLY)... Read more

Gray plastic retainer clip that secures folding tines in your dishwasher's lower rack. Replace if cracked, broken, melted, or missing from rack assembly.
To eliminate ordering parts that are working, I went to hardware store to get a multimeter to test and confirmed the continuity of the themal fuse and the door switches are working. Saw another reviewer post a similar problem and I went with the solution by replacing the panel-ctl. Ordered the part, replaced it after receiving the delivery package, turned the breaker back on, ran a test cycle, et voila, it works as new. Sidenote, to reset the dishwasher, I pushed " hi-temp dry, "energy... Read more
Secures access panels and covers to your dishwasher cabinet. Replace this screw if stripped, corroded, or missing to keep panels tight and secure.
I custom cut out a plastic washer to hold the worn screw in place. For months, I added a small strip of duct tape to the screw's threads, which would often stay in tact for a few days. But eventually, the tape would heat up and the adhesive and moisture would cause the spray arm to detach. I found the replacement screw on your web site, and ordered it. The screw was a perfect match and now the spray arm works the way it should. I stil use the plastic washer I made, since the flange replacement... Read more
