Removed bottom cover, located leak at float switch, removed and replaced float switch kit. The toughest part of the repair was removing the Float & Retainer Assembly (in the interior of the machine tank) which broke when I pushed it back and pulled it straight up as suggested in the service manual. This bracket mounts inside the dishwasher tub and supports the middle spray arm manifold tube, holding it securely in position. It ensures the spray arm tube stays aligned so water is properly distributed during the wash cycle. Replace this bracket if the middle spray arm wobbles, falls out of place, or if dishes on the upper rack are not getting clean due to poor water coverage.

To eliminate ordering parts that are working, I went to hardware store to get a multimeter to test and confirmed the continuity of the themal fuse and the door switches are working. Saw another reviewer post a similar problem and I went with the solution by replacing the panel-ctl. Ordered the part, replaced it after receiving the delivery package, turned the breaker back on, ran a test cycle, et voila, it works as new.
