New upper dish rack. At 15 years old, the dishwasher is going strong but inevitable wear and tear ruined the dish rack. The video on the website is not specific to my model but I'm a little handy and was able to figure it out. If I had to do it again, I'd rate the difficulty as a 1, much of the time spent was figuring out how to push all the little plastic lock tabs and switching the rollers and upper water jet assembly from one rack to the other. Ordered replacement tracks. Shipment arrived within 2-3 days. No directions and video available only spoke of replacement of track stop, so of no assistance. No directions with tracks, just arrows on the parts. Already assembled with new plastics braces similar to what was inside washer wall holding permanent track on either side. This pivot clip allows the dishwasher tines to fold down flat, creating space for loading large plates and cookware in the lower rack. It provides the hinge mechanism that lets you adjust the tine configuration based on your loading needs. Replace this clip if tines won't stay folded down, pop back up during washing, or if the pivot mechanism is broken.
To eliminate ordering parts that are working, I went to hardware store to get a multimeter to test and confirmed the continuity of the themal fuse and the door switches are working. Saw another reviewer post a similar problem and I went with the solution by replacing the panel-ctl. Ordered the part, replaced it after receiving the delivery package, turned the breaker back on, ran a test cycle, et voila, it works as new.
