Fix agitator wobble and excessive vibration with this retaining washer. Secures center-mounted components to prevent looseness and noise during operation.
Not one to patch a job, I ordered all seal kit, bearing kit, new shaft keeper, transmission oil, spanner wrench. I have the newer version of the agitator shaft so it does not have the groove for the internal clip. I Custom ground a thick washer so that as the agitator shaft goes into the transmission it fit flush into the slot for the old style shaft clip. With the plastic keeper in position I marked and pull the shaft. I drilled a hole that would be fit tight against the custom washer and used... Read more

Long and short the replacement parts fit perfectly and the washer is running like new. Special thanks to the online support make my repair possible. Read more

Replacement fastening screw for securing trim, panels, and brackets inside appliances. Use when original screw is missing, stripped, or damaged.
I pulled out the old housing and unplugged the motor. It pretty much came out in pieces. Remove the plastic from the motor, then had to take a pair of vice grips to hold the spindle in place to remove the auger. Remove what was still attached to the old Housing. Cleaned everything up and put the whole unit back together. The motor looked like it was somewhat cooked but still worked, so I ordered a new motor and auger to replace it. Because this fridge is 24 yrs old, Appliancepartspros... Read more
