I took the back off the dryer and found the hi-limit thermostat in pieces. I went to your web-site, found the part in the parts list, called you at 11:00 am saturday morning, ordered the part, and couldn't believe it when fed-ex showed up monday morning at 11:00 am, with the RIGHT part. It took two repair attempts to fix the dryer. I opened the top of the dryer (after watching the video on your website) and replaced the lever on the switch. Removed two screws near the lint filter, used a putty knife to release fasteners under the top and raised the top. Held it in place with a short piece of board then removed the two screws holding in the switch and lever. Replaced the broken lever with the new one and put it all back together.
