I first thought the leak came from the pump assembly rear o ring. I was wrong. The water was leaking from the pump. The pump assembly was shipped in 1 1/2 days with 2 more o rings. I lubed the o rings with dish soap, they slid in perfectly. reinstalled the clamp and screws and was ready to reinstall the dishwasher. Worked great. Next time I will buy the pump the first time. This repair could have killed or maimed me -- really! Left door spring snapped. Online search, APP was only source with both door spring and linkage. Discovered link for APP repair-instruction video (not very well marked on parts page). This well-done video really helped build my confidence. I have a Kenmore dishwasher and this is the second time doing this repair. The dishwasher door wouldn’t click in place when closed and the lights on the control panel wouldn’t turn on. My kids like to push on the handle to get onto the counter causing the latch assembly piece to break after awhile. Dishwasher worked fine except the top rack would keep coming off the rails, could see the rollers needed replacement. Washer is 10 years old, and in that time the rollers had become brittle and broken. At first tried to use old screw and washer, but washer was impossible to remove from screw as I have hard water and the calcium deposits seemingly cemented it. Ordered a new bracket for the heating element because of all the melted plastic on it. Also ordered a new lower washer arm. Both came quickly and the lower arm I can no longer get from the manufacturer. Both installed quickly and worked like there was never anything wrong. Saved me a lot of money and didn’t have to replace the dishwasher. Will order from here anytime I need to replace parts for any of my appliances. Read more

My Frigidaire DW periodically stopped mid-cycle before the detergent door opened. I could hold the cancel button for 3 seconds, the water in the tub would drain and then I could start a new cycle. Following the great video on the site, I pulled the motor off and was about to put the o-rings on when I noticed there was rust on the motor shaft. Very close inspection showed the o-rings were still good. Not having time to order a motor, and a local store was having a sale, I replaced the whole unit. Read more
