My 10 year old frig door was hanging down to the point it wasnt fully closing and sealing unless you picked up on it. I ordered a lower hinge bracket, upper and lower bearing, and spacer. My bracket was bent down a little due to my kids hanging on the door when looking at the bottom shelf and i discovered my bracket was held on by only two bolts when there was supposed to be three. I ordered a bolt too. I was able to remove the bottom hinge, remove door to replace upper and lower bearing and... Read more
This sleeve is a small spacer/bushing used in select Frigidaire-built appliances to keep mating parts aligned and moving smoothly. Replacing a worn sleeve helps eliminate play, reduce friction, and restore proper operation.
This controller is the appliance's electronic control board. It monitors sensors and manages cooling system operations so temperatures stay stable. Replacing a failed board can restore consistent cooling performance and responsive controls.
Quantity of 1 clip.
Note: See kit# 5303922007 and 5304406520.
I took it apart myself by just un-doing screws and taking it apart. Reversed the process to put it back together. Read more
The product featured is a Frigidaire refrigerator compressor. The compressor is a vital component for the cooling and freezing process of a refrigerator. A compressor works together with the evaporator in providing the cold air needed to keep everything at the desired temperature. When a compressor fails, this could have an effect that calls for an emergency repair. Losing the compressor function means the refrigerator stops getting cold in both compartments. Prolonging the repair could mean the loss of all the food items stored inside. A faulty compressor may become very loud when it operates. Users may hear a slight clicking sound on a compressor that's entirely out of commission. This is the relay clicking in an attempt to power the compressor. If a compressor does go out, keep the doors of the freezer and refrigerator shut. There's a chance the food can be salvaged if repairs take place fast enough. This compressor is a genuine OEM product and is sourced directly from the manufacturer and is only available as an individual component. Frigidaire, Kenmore, and Maytag refrigerators can be repaired with this component.
This replacement screw secures appliance components so brackets, shelves, trim, or panels stay firmly in place. Install a new screw when the original is missing, stripped, or corroded to restore a tight, rattle-free fit.

This aluminum strap secures the defrost heater firmly against the evaporator coil to maintain proper contact during defrost. Correct contact improves heat transfer so frost melts evenly and helps prevent recurring ice buildup on the evaporator.
Removed the freezer shelves and back panel, evaporator coils were frozen with ice. Defrosted coil and removed defrost heater connectors, measured no continuity in the heater and ordered a replacement. Also discovered the aluminum retention strap was broken and the heater had slipped down in it's position, ordered and replacement strap. Re-installed new heater and strap per the video instructions, repair complete. Most difficult steps were drilling out the drain pan rivet and re-threading... Read more
This electronic controller board manages key refrigeration functions and defrost routines so your appliance maintains proper temperatures. Replacing a failed board can restore automatic operation when cooling becomes erratic or frost buildup starts affecting performance.
This temperature control knob replaces a worn or missing knob so you can easily adjust the cold-control setting. Restores smooth, precise temperature adjustments and a clean, factory look. What it does:
I replaced defrost timer (which I am glad I did because of wear on the points) but that did not cure the problem. So after checking other components, I found that the temperature control was the culprit. No problem, I will simply order part # 2162521100. Well Frigidaire decided to obsolete that part and "Has not provided an approved substitute". So, I have to scrap this freezer and pay $800 to $900 for a new one? Not! So I kept looking at subsequent freezer temperature controls and found part #... Read more
The Temperature Control is an OEM part for Frigidaire freezers. It is responsible for regulating and maintaining the desired temperature inside your freezer to keep your frozen goods fresh and preserved. This temperature control features a user-friendly interface that allows you to select the ideal temperature to suit your freezing needs.
A bad temperature control can be caused by electrical issues, component failure, or physical damage. Signs of a faulty temperature control include inaccurate temperature readings, failure to reach or maintain the desired temperature, or unresponsive controls.
Symptoms of a bad temperature control include:
Replace your defective or damaged temperature control with this genuine OEM Frigidaire part to restore your refrigerator. This Frigidaire part can also be used on Electrolux, Frigidaire, Gibson, Kelvinator, Westinghouse, and Sears/Kenmore.
Replaced both the door gasket * defrost timer and everything works great. Read more
This light socket holds the interior appliance bulb and connects it to the unit's wiring. Replace a damaged or loose socket to restore dependable cabinet lighting when the door is opened.
This replacement screw secures panels, brackets, or internal components in select Frigidaire-made refrigerators and freezers. Use it to replace missing or stripped hardware and restore a secure fit to help reduce vibration and noise.
This support is a small mounting bracket used inside the appliance to hold an interior component, such as a shelf or basket. Replacing a cracked or missing support restores a secure, level fit and helps prevent wobbling or dropping.
The EVAPORATOR INSULATOR is an OEM part for Frigidaire refrigerators. It is a heat-resistant insulating pad or wrap that surrounds the evaporator coils. The insulator works to retain cool air and prevent warmer air from entering the refrigerated compartment.
Causes of a bad insulator can include deterioration or breakdown of insulating properties over time due to aging materials. Cracks, holes, or compressed sections of the insulator result in reduced insulation performance.
Symptoms of a bad evaporator insulator include:
This OEM Frigidaire replacement insulator is compatible with some Kitchenaid, Electrolux, Gibson, Kelvinator, and Kenmore side-by-side refrigerator models.
Made for use with refrigerators by several major manufacturers, this is a full compressor kit. It is an internal part that is tasked with moving refrigerant throughout the appliance. It also works by adding pressure to part of the circuit to heat up the refrigerant. This creates a high pressure, hot gas that is moved to the compressor to be cooled and used to keep the appliance at the appropriate temperature. If the compressor is damaged or broken, it can cause the refrigerator to start making loud noises. The compressor may turn on and off more frequently than expected, created overheating and improper cooling, and create clicking noises. If the compressor kit is damaged, it should be replaced. Turn off the circuit breaker or unplug the refrigerator. Pull out the refrigerator and take off the access plate. Let it cool down before the compressor is removed. Use the contents of the kit to replace the part before reassembling and turning the power back on.This is a genuine OEM replacement part that can be used with Frigidaire, Kenmore, Gibson, Westinghouse, Tappan, Crosley, Kelvinator, Universal, and Electrolux freezers and refrigerators. It is sold as an individual part.
