The cylinder roller that supports the dryer drum was worn and needed to be replaced. I ordered the idler pulley shaft and associated parts as well since I wasn't sure if these were worn too. Watching the video on the web site gave me a good idea what was involved and where to look. It wasn't my exact model and make but provided sufficient information on what to look for.
