Whirlpool WP500121 Dryer Drum Glide Felt Pad OEM Part

I went on line and purchased all of the possible parts that could be worn out. I spent less than the service guy wanted to show up...The online videos were spot on. Two hours and it works like new! One of the best values on the Internet!

Replaced them.

Put in the parts that were worn ( 2 Glide felt pads, 2 Drum glides, and 2 Glide brackets. ) plus a new bulb. Now it's working like a new one again. ( It is ten years old )

My problem was my dryer would work for about 10 minutes after that the ignitor would glow but the flame wouldn't kick on until it cooled down a little bit maybe three or four cycles but then the flame would light up again replaced gas valve coil kit even though ohms test showed it was good found a video on youtube how to diagnose dryer problems and on there the guy says even though your coils test good when they heat up is when they can fail

1. I watched your videos (twice) to see disassembly steps and techniques 2. Disassemble dryer to diagnose troubles. 3. Found that the drum was hitting the top of the blower housing and that new felts and glide pad felts should fix it. 4. We accidently broke off the plastic air duct in handling, so I ordered one of these as well. 5. The parts arrived in 3-4 days. 6. We followed the instructions in the videos, which are well detailed and 7. The machine is now very quiet and operates perfectly! Thanks!
