Ordered switch assembly (behind touchpad) and switch board (under cabinet) after reading both must be replaced together. Advice on web site w.r.t. elevating front of refrigerator is important. Replaced boards and all worked fine. Be careful repacking the wiring harness with the adapters in the switch board enclosure. Biggest chore was cleaning floor where refrigerator sat for years :-).
