My brother in law diagnosed the issue and told me what the part was and when I researched found this to be the easiest site to use that promised quick delivery. I have a friend who knows how to fix appliances and he happened to be available to fix/install this over the weekend. In my case the Plastic piece inside of handle that triggers the latch to open broke off. Since the whole handle mechanism needs to be removed, taken apart, reassembled and place back- I suggest to Take pictures of handle mechanism before is removed to ensure you're re-assembling it properly prior to re-inserting it back in its place.
