This dispenser button lever activates your refrigerator's water or ice dispensing mechanism when pressed. It transfers the pushing force from the external button to the internal switch that controls water flow or ice release. Replace this lever if your dispenser won't activate when pressed or if the button feels loose or unresponsive.

The PTC thermistor is a temperature sensor located in the refrigerator compartment that monitors internal temperature for proper cooling control. Replace when the refrigerator runs constantly, fails to maintain proper temperature, or the temperature display shows inaccurate readings.
