The job should have been very easy after watching a youtube video but the panel was stuck on the bottom and it took a call to the AppliancePros customers service line to figure out I needed some extra effort to pry it loose. Easy replacement, removed all HEX screws from inter dishwasher, removed a couple of screws from control panel, removed and replaced new panel with no issues. Read more

Three possible reasons, door latch/ control board or control panel. It turned out the flat wire from the control panel was corroded. Changed the part and now washer works fine. The control panel was isolated as problem with use of multimeter. Read more
