Flexible tube connecting the drain pump motor to the sump in your dishwasher. Replace if cracked, leaking, or damaged to restore proper water drainage.
It was a learning experience. First I turned off the power! I removed the lower kick plate, disconnected the drain hose and electrical connectors. Then removed the discharge pump and heat sensor then loosened the 4 hold down arms/clamps. Then I opened the door and pulled the base up from the inside. Now to remove and replace the Pump Motor. Then reverse the process. If I were to do again, I'd pull the dishwasher out and lay it on its back. Read more

Funny, my husband did it. We have a service contract but you know how long that still takes. So he found the part at the bottom of the dishwasher and it had a number on it. He went to your site and and found the part. Yes it was a little cheaper else where like everything else but what the other sites didn't have he said was the video on how to do it. He explained he felt that takes money to produce so the few dollars more were worth it to him and he can be cheap. We had it in two days like you... Read more
Fixes dishes with food particles or loud grinding noises. This chopper assembly breaks down debris to prevent clogs. Moderate difficulty repair.
I started by removing and cleaning the sump filter and drain adapter at the bottom of the tub. The manual said nothing about these filters, but they were almost completely clogged after 5 years of use and no cleaning. After reassembling with the cleaned filters, the problem persisted. I did some more research and found others said the food chopper had disintegrated and caused the same issue with the top rack not getting cleaned. I then pulled the dishwasher out and tipped it on its door to... Read more

Supports and secures the upper spray arm in your dishwasher. Replace if cracked, broken, or detached. Clips to the bottom of the upper rack.
I discovered that the manifold was not connecting with the water supply,so the dishes in the upper tray were not being washed. This was caused because the rear hanger on the manifold had broken and it did not lineup properly into the water supply connection in the back of the dishwasher. I removed the manifold and found that it had two part numbers stamped on it. I searched on both part numbers and received a hit on the second part number. The photo looked exactly like my manifold so I... Read more

Seals the water inlet connection to prevent leaks where water enters the dishwasher tub. Replace if you notice moisture damage or leaking at the valve inlet.
Dishwasher washer would not drain after hearing glass-like particles during the drain cycle despite trying to clean the cylinder filter. Originally suspected the drain motor was damaged. After watching a video on how to replace the drain pump, I carefully energized the dishwasher (from water and electricity) then removed the dishwasher to take a look. Replaces a cracked, bent, or squeaking dishwasher door hinge. Secures the door to the tub body for smooth opening and closing. Includes video guide.
We scoured the web and there are few references to this so I want to add it in case it helps. Replacing hinges solved the popping opening issue. We could not solve our dishwasher door issue after a number of other tries: Latch, Catch, Ropes that attach to the springs that pull the door closed. I tend to believe the solve could be different b/c all these things work together. But for us, we were skeptical that the hinge swap would work and we were very pleasantly surprised. Read more
