• Will not drain

The new drain pump solved the problem and was also quieter than the one it replaced. I saw that many people removed the dishwasher from under the counter to make the repair. Not sure if it was easier, but I was able to do the repair through the kick plate opening. This saved me from having to get the unit positioned back in the exact same place, leveled, and all the sound insulation trim re-installed. • Not cleaning dishes properly

Dishes were 'gritty' with an almost invisible coating of specks smaller than grains of salt. Prior to ordering parts, I had to determine which part(s) needed replaced and which could benefit from a good cleaning. After viewing Appliance Parts Pros YouTube Videos, I removed the Main Manifold (snaps right off) including the Top Spray Arm. I ordered a new inner door panel. Removal of the inner door panel was pretty simple. Hardest thing was figuring out how the hot air vent was removed. Just twist the inner ring about 90 degrees counter clockwise and it comes loose. Mine was tight due to the residue that built up over time. Read more

Finding the serial numbers using your guidelines, allowed me to order the right replacement heating element. It was just a few days and the part was delivered - everything that I needed.
