Ordered and received the parts quickly. This is a very easy fix. Other posters have said there are 4 screws to remove the old rack adjuster assembly and put the new one on. It was five screws for me. You will need a Torx (star tip) screwdriver. Be sure to also order a new cover. The old one does not fit, even though mine looked almost identical to the new one. Changing baskets is no-brainer job, as they come complete with all plastics and rollers. Upper slides require removal of the stoppers, but this is easy task, just squeeze them and pull back.
