Ordered a new control panel after consulting live help since I did not know whether the fault would be in control panel or the visible electronic board. I knew from experience it was a clogged secondary filter. We keep a kosher kitchen and it's big enough to have 2 dishwashers......one for meat dishes and one for dairy dishes. The meat one tends to get clogged more than the other one, as it is dealing with animal fats that tend to leave residue inside the secondary filter. • Will not drain

The new drain pump solved the problem and was also quieter than the one it replaced. I saw that many people removed the dishwasher from under the counter to make the repair. Not sure if it was easier, but I was able to do the repair through the kick plate opening. This saved me from having to get the unit positioned back in the exact same place, leveled, and all the sound insulation trim re-installed. I ordered a new inner door panel. Removal of the inner door panel was pretty simple. Hardest thing was figuring out how the hot air vent was removed. Just twist the inner ring about 90 degrees counter clockwise and it comes loose. Mine was tight due to the residue that built up over time. Read more
