I ordered a new inner door panel. Removal of the inner door panel was pretty simple. Hardest thing was figuring out how the hot air vent was removed. Just twist the inner ring about 90 degrees counter clockwise and it comes loose. Mine was tight due to the residue that built up over time. Read more

Finding the serial numbers using your guidelines, allowed me to order the right replacement heating element. It was just a few days and the part was delivered - everything that I needed. Ordered the new o-rings for the pump housing and main filter screen unit. Cleaned all water hardness and other debris out of all parts. Main filter and inside parts clogged with water hardness/limescale and other debris. The 3" wide round filter internal was completely clogged with debris and some of the filter holes we crystallized with water limescale. My son fixed it. Problem was one of the spinner pieces had worked itself loose and jammed the large arm from freely spinning. Read more
