The seal had popped off of the plastic gasket, and due to the blower fan blades and the heat, it was not able to fit properly back on the unit. After spending a week researching new dryers (I was ready to drop the credit card down...) I pulled the unit apart and found the issue with the seal. After receiving the new part, it took me about 15 minutes to put the new one on... its a little tricky if you don't take the whole front apart. With a little research - found Appliance Parts Pros and the instructional video on how to repair the flat style dryer igniter.
